WOSHC is available to all primary school age children and is primarily for those whose parents work or study.
The program is designed to include children irrespective of background, culture, religion, gender, or disability.
All areas/members of the community are respected, valued, catered for and encouraged to be involved in the operation of the service.

Parents/Guardians are required to initially complete an online enrolment. An enrolment form must be completed before any child is to attend the service. Each newly enrolled family will receive an Enrolment Pack along with a copy of our Family Handbook detailing selected policies and conditions of enrolment. You will need to complete the paper version of the Enrolment Form. A meeting will then take place for your child, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to discuss with us what will help make their time with us enjoyable, particularly the initial weeks.

 Four Steps to enrol:

1. Online Enrolment Form (opens in new window), this will initiate the enrolment process

2. WOSHC Family Handbook (A PDF to read which forms part of the agreement to provide services)

3. Enrolment Form to be completed and handed in at your Childs interview, this will be included in your Enrolment Package.

4. Interview – held onsite at WOSHC, you will be shown around the service and be given a rundown on basic operations such as staffing and programming, and discuss any requirements your child might need.

The WOSHC Service Coordinator will be in contact to arrange a time for an interview.

Please note an interview and all forms must be completed prior to your child attending the Service.

WOSHC recognises the wide range of age groups that access the service, as well as the differing developmental needs of individual children and their diverse family backgrounds.
Behaviour support and management strategies play a vital role in providing a safe and happy environment for all children. Families, staff and children all have roles to play, these are approached through our Behaviour Support and Management Policies.
